My experience was not as pleasant, the first they were accommodating and pleasant. The first washing machine made a loud noise and I was offered to choose another one. The second one was worse. I called and spoke with owner and was told that I won't be offered another opportunity trade with another machine. If you mind throwing your money away, I would go to a reputable. company that stand behind their product.

Was trying to shop local, so I ordered and paid upfront $1100. in parts for my truck and was told they would be there on Friday. well, the employees didn't feel like waiting on the delivery truck to get there so was told I had to wait till the next Friday truck. well guess what, again employee's would not wait for my parts to be delivered again. will be asking for a refund on Monday. will never do business there again being they don't care enough for there customers to wait for a delivery truck!!!
Great experience. My washing machine was making a loud grinding noise. Jimmy came out twice and made every attempt to repair it. When it was determined that it would cost more to fix it than to buy a new one, he gave me a good deal on a nice new one that I now love. Reliable, fair and helpful. In my experience, this place is trustworthy. Very pleased with the staff including Tammy who was responsive and accommodating. I am very pleased with my dryer. The customer service was great and they were extremely helpful. They delivered my dryer 4 days early and they hauled off my old dryer at no additional cost. I would definitely reccomend JCs to friends and family.
