Stopped at Nicks today after I lost the top bushing and nut for my front shock on my Jeep. I called all over, probably 20 different stores/shops to find parts, nobody had it. Not only did Nick have it in stock, he even let me borrow a few wrenches to put em on in his parking lot. He really has a great shop, and I will without doubt go to him for all my 4x4 needs! Highly recommended.
We always get good service from Nick's 4x4. Nick and his staff are helpful in finding exactly what we need also, if we are not sure where to look for a product. He does quality work, and he is very knowledgeable.
I have given mr. Nick a fair amount of patronage over the last year (over $2,000) including fitting a full lift kit on my truck. I got a set of tires for Christmas and had them put on by a shop who couldn’t align the tires, and was told by said shop to go to nick for the alignment as well as an upgraded steering kit, but somehow now my money isn’t good for Nick anymore? Disrespectful to my father and I telling us that we’re “giving him the dregs” and refusing to do work for me. If my money is no good to him, I can imagine you should save your money and not give it to him. Find a shop who will give you the respect that should come with making money off you.
Nick 4 x 4 performance center can get the parts you need much faster than any online store can. Their customer service is excellent, and prices are very comparable with all others online. I highly recommend Nick‘s 4 x 4 for all your 4 x 4 needs!
Customer service is rare to find these days, but not at Nick’s! Tabitha goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.nLong story short, a shipment was lost (due to the carrier, not Nicks) and she was able to get to the bottom of it and rectified the next day.nMy Jeep & I, thank you!
