Service is slow at times and fast at times, orders are 95% right at the drove thru

In side service sucks

Your drive through is terrible and the service needs much improvement!!

This is a well run McDonalds and the girl at the front named Mackenzie was so super friendly!

Stop at McDonald's today in Rockingham sign says we're open come on in so I parked my car went to the door only to find it was locked and at the door it then said closed. 2 doors said they are open with signs one door along with the open sign said closed my food was fine and hot but I had to get back in my car get back into the drive-in line which took me probably 10 minutes longer for no reason other than that they can't make up their mind if they're opened or closed. So be forewarned don't waste your time getting out of the car they're closed. Other why the food was normal McDonald's is McDonald's. I do like their mcgriddle but they don't make it any longer., So I wound up with a hamburger and fries. Always good but I wish they would have mcgriddles back again
