Worst pizza I ever ordered today. 4 inches of crust that didn't rise, and they somehow burnt black spots on the cheese. They get two stars because they readily gave me a refund.
Accidentally placed an order to this location instead of Asheboro, called to cancel and get a refund but they put me on hold and never came back. I called multiple times with no answer and was still charged for my order even though I didn’t pick it up.
Excellent service, 2 topping pizza, large thin crust less than 11 dollars.
Order took over an hour and a half to arrive. When we called they said sorry and something about not having drivers. All items were cold and hard. Also order was incorrect. Didn’t bother calling back. We were starving and it was 7:30 by the time we could eat. Will never order from here again. Will do Dominos from now on.
Took 1 hr. An 38 mins. To get 3 miles away from the papa john's shop to my house an pizza was not even topping I ordered, an for got my double priced 2 litter an the 2 cups of ranch also paid extra for.. an the manager was even worse than all of this with her very very poor non-customer service skills..
