Decent food. Small portions but good. The outside of the building doesn't have curb appeal. Take down all the signs and unnecessary stuff in the window. It just looks cluttered and old. Waitress was not outgoing and lacked great customer service. Big difference between good and great. She looked bored and more concerned with the TV than her job or detail to customer service. Very cold in the place had to keep on our jackets. Someone one did turn the heat on but walked by us without saying hello or looking at us. I will go back but please take my comments seriously. I had 50 years in retail and believe me customer service is a key in any business. Smile and go out of your way to make it a good experience for your customers.
Amazing food, and fast delivery! Ordered at 8:57 and it came at 9:17! Tastes great! Will order again!
Zero stars if possible. We had a Greek salad with chicken and a small Italian sandwich. It was $25. Salad was cheap and sandwich was not worth 5. When trying to talk to management he kept asking if I wanted to look at the menu. Grossly over priced and rude. I will not be going back.
The pizza needs more sauce and the Steak Stromboli was not real steak it was that really thin kind of steak. The cheese sticks needed to be cooked a little longer because the cheese was not even melted. Very disappointed New Yorker. ☹
