Ordered food and a drink. When the delivery came asked where the drink was and the driver forgot said he would bring it out later. I had no problem with this called 2 hours later and a girl said they would bring it. Called another 2 hours later and got an attitude and the same response that it was coming. The next day I went to the store and she got an attitude when I didn’t want the 3 dollar drink that was never delivered. (Considering there is a Wal-Mart next door. The manager tried not to give me my money back for the drink. Will not order again.
To be fair it started sleeting. Order arrived at door 1 hr and 20 min after online order was placed. The tracker said it was delivered 40 min before it actually was.nThe girl who answere the phone was friendly and helpful.
Food was ready had to wait 30 min for them to find food and give it to me. Manager never even came over to the pick up window to help. Person running window was also running register at front and seemed new and looked lost
Great people and delivery service. Insiders are nice and friendly as well.
Good luck getting your food in under an hour if at all. Worst drivers ever. Food is always undercooked and cold
