I came in, a regular customer. I was given a nail tech I had never seen, after I asked for the regular person who does them. The nail tech refused to give me what I asked for and after telling her multiple times I did not like the service she continued to ignore me. Finally I at this point of being here 2.5 hours, was slightly irritated. I asked for them to be removed and they forced me to try to pay for services. Then threatened to call the police when I asked for the polish to be removed. The police were called and as I walked out the establishment Alaya Smith threw my shoes at me. I will never return to this establishment again and would not recommend to anyone else.
I came in for a full set of acrylic with gel polish. They were done quickly (about 45 min) and never lifted or chipped. However, their website says full sets are $28 and when I checked out it was $53 before tip. They should update their site price list. I did feel very mislead.
They where absolutely amazing they didn’t take very long and did Amazing on my nails they look so good Haley is the best nail person I’ve ever met!!
Amazing place! Very professional but laid back atmosphere, I felt very comfortable and at ease. She constantly checked with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. My nails look amazing!
I’ve been going here almost a year and I love it! The one thing I don’t like is when you tell Haley the exact services you want and she tries to make you spend more! She is the only one I will let do my nails though! She is good at what she does but just let people get what they ask for bc it will make them feel like their money isn’t good enough!
