I have seen Kate Franklin twice, she is absolutely a doll. Competent, professional, friendly and she has so much knowledge about skincare. I feel comfortable and well taken care of during my facials. My skin has become healthier and more moisturized since being treated with Kates special touch. She is absolutely awesome.

By far the best in eastern NC! The staff is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I've gotten a lot of massages, but Trina James at Refreshology is THE absolute best. Her hands are magic! The relaxing atmosphere is amazing and Jessica at the front desk is very welcoming!

From start to finish it was a nice experience. Paige was very professional and I received the best massage I have ever had! I will definitely go back and would encourage anyone looking for this type of therapy to try them first! Definitely five star service!

I originally started going looking for relief for chronic migraines, tension headaches and neck/shoulder spasms. Krisan has been wonderful, and I can tell that my issues have improved since starting massage therapy. The staff is always very nice, and the office is very clean and relaxing. Even the owner reached out to me when there was a scheduling mishap in their system and offered to compensate for it. Love that they have 5:30 appointments so I don't have to miss work.
