I got my daughter 2 pairs a jeans in the size she wears in their pants, even asked one of the workers if their sizing changed because they looked super small for that size and she said no it's the same. Now because we can't try anything on because of Covid, we got home (which we live no where near the store) and the jeans didn't even come close to fitting. I have tried 4 times now to return and the stores are always closed and now I see they are only open Monday through Wednesday, smh. I guess I just go to online ordering at least I can return that way. And the staff at this location are extremely rude and have zero customer service

My son loves Aeropostale and over the year I have bought many items for him. Trendy, good clothing for teenagers . . .

I overall love aeropostale clothing, however my experience at this location was not up to standards. No one offered assistance. At checkout I asked if I could get the promotion offered online, was told it was only online. After going home I revisited at site to find out it was indeed an instore and online promotion. After taking the time to contact corporate, I was compensated appropriately.

This store has no common sense..I'm a size 0 &they put those sizes at the top of the shelf. How many people that r a size 0 are 6ft tall?I dont know where common sense went to these days,&it starts in the corporate office. Smh.very disappointed

nice trendy store , some of the quality of the clothes doesnt last and they dont cater much in size
