Fantastic experience ! Jay was extremely helpful and the technician whom worked on my Jeep did a great job! I would recommend this service again.
They may be fine for oil changes and inspections. DO NOT recommended for engine work, not honest or trustworthy. Unfortunately, I found this out the hard way as my truck was not a priority, sat in pieces for 7 months, and did not run properly when reassembled. Fix was to disconnect sensors and put on parts that may or may not have been the problem, which caused the check engine light to come on within 400 miles. Failure to properly secure engine to transmission (omitted two out of three bolts on under side of engine/transmission) caused whole truck to shake...was told it was a clutch problem that needed fixed. My friend found these issues when mechanic refused to fix anything else without me paying more than I had already paid above the estimate. RECOMMEND MORAN AUTOMOTIVE IN RANDLEMAN (used to be Deep River Automotive near bridge over Deep River). They debolted the engine and got the idle down below 1000 rpms within 1 day and my truck runs like a dream.
