Great News! This Valvoline Express Care location must have NEW LEADERSHIP and is ture to it's name Express Care. I was able to pull in for NC State vehicle inspection welcomed and treat professionally, as though my business was appreciated - very welcoming during the times we live in. Fifteen minutes later I was on the road back to my business. While I was there another motorist pulled in for an oil change and we almost departed same time; now that is efficiency with care to all. Thanks to Valvoline Express Care Randleman☆☆☆☆☆

Took my own oil and filter and they charged me the same price as if I got a basic oil change of 40.00. I didn't expect it to be free but for a complete oil change. Won't be going to that rude place again.
