Absolutely amazing experience - two brand new tires placed, my state inspection completed, and ready to go in 25 minutes.......customer service was on point. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I will NEVER again give Thomas Tire my business. I called the Asheboro location Thursday morning to get a quote for an alignment and a balance for four tires on my husband's truck. I was told the alignment would be $79.99 and the balance $16 per tire. We ended up taking it to the Randleman location and the following day I managed to get a hold of the receipt from my husband. I noticed that he had been charged $99.99 for the alignment, the charge for a 3/4 ton truck. My husband drives a Dodge Dakota, so it is HARDLY a 3/4 ton truck. I called back up there and was told over the phone that since the alignment required a little more work to get it done properly, that instead of charging for the extra labor, they just upped the alignment charge. We were not told this ahead of time. No one bothered to call and ask if it was going to be ok that the price is not what we werenquoted when he dropped it off. He did tell the lady at the front desk (who was VERY rude when I went up there) that he had put new parts on the front end of the truck. She didn't say anything about it possibly costing more then either. I went by there after I got off the phone and the lady I spoke with was very rude. She did not warn my husband that it may be more. They did not try to make the situation any better as in refund the $20 I feel they stole from me. And the funny thing is, behind the desk was a big sign that states that their quotes are guaranteed, there are no hidden fees. Yet they lied to us or didn't tell us the whole truth, however you want to look at it. I have always felt that Thomas Tire tries to price gouge their customers and today was the last straw. I told that rude woman behind the counter that we weren't coming back and she just stated to have a nice day in a snarky attitude. I wouldn't give them any more business if they were the last mechanics on the earth. BEWARE! DISHONEST BUSINESS!!

Always courteous and happy to explain to me exactly what's wrong with my car and what they will do to fix it.

Very Impressive!!!!nI Think I found My new Mechanic place for My Vehicles. I had a big problem with my brakes and Thomas Tire was So Great about getting me in to fix it and They give you the price and how long it will take to do the job before they do the job. But that's just the beginning of their Genorosity. Cause they even offer to take you back to your home and pick you up after the work is done on your vehicle. I was very impressed and pleased with the treatment that I received from The people that Work There that I would recommend anyone that needs work on their vehicle to go to Thomas Tire in Randleman.
