It was my first time visiting a Torrid store. The cashier and sales associates on duty were friendly and knowledgeable but also didn't badger too much like some store associates do... Which I'm grateful for. Shop was clean, tidy, and organized well. Plan to visit again, I recommend!
I absolutely love, love, love this store! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the clothes are good quality it can be pricey but Torrid is worth every penny! I finally found a plus size store that knows fashion and clothes that work with my curves instead of against my curves. I kinda turned into a shopaholic with Torrid
I have gone in twice for the same issue. There is no clear and consistent way to handle the issue. The staff was not friendly and unwilling to help. I also lost all of my torrid cash as they told me they couldn't put it back on my account or give me a torrid merch card for the difference. Staff even called my husband who they just had a conversation with a lady.
If they don't have exactly what I want, they can always help me put something nice together. Sometimes it looks even BETTER!
I shop here for and with my wife. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuine. The clothes she has from here seem to be made reasonably well and are not outlandishly expensive. Her only gripe is shoe size, but she wears women's 12W or 13W depending on style. Decent sales and good customer service will bring her, and us, back.
