Obrians Disposal (02/15/2021)

Be aware of this bank!!! I put Obt on my business account where if money not in this account they don’t approve the transaction they’ve charged me $500 in charges that I did not even approve this bank is fake and they are false so if you have a business account here it’s on you if you deal with them worst bank of North Carolina!!!! Be awarenI have another account at a totally different bank But I still use this one a lot but I had that thing on my account Where if the monies not in there it doesn’t approve so be aware again of this bank !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot wait to leave my bank. Back in the day when the bank was Community One it was awesome. Then they changed to capital bank. Still it was ok. Then recently they changed again to capital bank of Tennessee. Now it's horrible!nnFirst of all the changed their hours from normal banking hours. They're hours used to be Monday through Thursday 9-5 and on Friday 9-6:00 Now their hours are Monday through Thursday, 9-4 and Friday I believe until 6 or 6:30. Who does that! I work Monday through Friday 8-5 and I always have to wait until Friday afternoon to do business with you? I tried calling to ask the local bank a question Friday afternoon about my account. They said they was too busy and to call their 1-800 number. I did and they did not know why my local bank couldn't handle it. The 800 number said they couldn't.nnAlso I had my husband deposit a check for me at this bank at 10 am. Before they changed, anytime you deposited a check before 2pm it would show up in your account the same day. Well after waiting until 5pm and not showing that deposit, I had to call the 800 number. They tell me that when you deposit a check, no matter what time of day it will NOT show up the same day. I told him I could not wait to leave this bank even though I've been with them for about 20 years!

Don’t use the mobile app to deposit a check, literally takes like for than 2 days to deposit when i first did it, it took over night and i’ve been waiting for my money for like 3 days now !!
