I absolutely love maurices it is probably my favorite clothing store!!everyone is always so nice and helpful but tonight especially I had an amazing experience with Rylee she checked me out and was super helpful and I could tell she was helpful with everyone in front of me she apologized that I had to wait so long in line she even offered to give me 10% off for it super sweet and helpful I really didn't mind waiting lol she was great every experience there is always amazing!!!!

I RETURNED TWO SWEATERS AND THEY ACTED LIKE I HAD COVID 19. THERE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH ANYTHING. ITS REALLY DISTURBING HOW YOUR TREATED IN THE STORE. I FOUND TWO SHIRTS I WANTED, ONE WAS ON AN EMPLOYEE.nTHEY PUT MY TWO SHIRTS I BOUGHT IN THE SMALLEST BAG POSSIBLE AND WRINKLED BOTH MY NEW SHIRTS. I WAS VERY UPSET WHEN I GOT HOME. WHY WOULD YOU PUT TWO SHIRTS IN THE SMALLEST BAG YOU HAVE????? CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO IRON MY TWO BRAND NEW ITEMS. NOT TO BRIGHT, IF YOU ASK ME!!!!!!! OR THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY REALLY DONT CARE!!!!! WOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS. I WASNT THINKING ABOUT IT UNTIL I GOT HOME AND THEN IT DAWNED ON ME AS I TOOK THEM OUT AND THEY WERE WRINKLED BAD!!!!!!

Great customer service at the Maurice's in the outlet mall in Oshkosh! I went there shopping with my mom. After going to 3 other stores to find my mom new jeans your associate was so helpful ,friendly. She took the time to listen to what my mom was looking for and found exactly what she was looling for. I believe her name is Lauren. Maurice's will be my first stop for any new additions to my wardrobe!!

Friendly girls. They don't jump on you the second you walk in but were around when I needed help.
