They did body work on my car many times in Greenville, NC. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. It's a family owned and operated and they treat you like family. Their work is impeccable. They always go above and beyond.
I had someone hit my car in my work parking lot and I needed an estimate for damages. I called around, and American Auto Body had an amazing reputation from the start. I showed up at 7am, and Dana Lewis welcomed me in. She was extremely kind and helpful, especially since I have never needed this kind of service before. She was extremely well informed, explained every step of the process to me, gave me an estimate, and offered to communicate with the insurance company as well. They had a very professional process as well. I was overall impressed and will definitely choose to work with them for any auto issues!!nThanks again, Dana!
Dana is pure gold for this company. On top of everything. Communicates through the whole process. I just had my 2nd experience with American and its nothing but a pleasure to work with professionals.
I didn't care for the fact that they didn't trust me enough to let me pick my car up on the Thursday before payday and let me write them a check for the total amount so I could leave with my car and I had to be in another town, three hours away, the next morning. I had to cancel my arrival to arrive later which was not good. Even then, the young lad bringing my car held my keys asking if I had paid inside and I assured him I had, only then did I get handed my keys. Other than that, the work they did on my car was excellent, and it looked really nice when they did it.
Awful service the staff are money hungry and like about things that arnt needed for your vehicle. Would not refer my worse enemy. If I could post negative stars I would.
