Let me tell you!!!!! I'm the owner of Uncle Fred's Food truck. I was having an issue with my Lights on the Food Trailer. These guys work very diligently to fund what and where the issue was coming from. They didnt stop until they found the problem and fixed it. WOW!!! I WILL BE RETURNING. Thank you Fellas for your hard work and dedication!!!!!!!
I wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible company. I called them 8 weeks ago and placed an order for a certificate of origin for my trailer, which they charged me $80 for. The woman on the phone told me it would take 10-15 days to arrive. 15 days came and went, still no certificate. Called them back up, was told it was delayed. Called AGAIN yesterday to see what was going on.... turns out the order was never even placed. They made me wait 8 weeks for absolutely no reason and screwed over a business transaction for me because the certificate never arrived. They didn't even try offer a refund for my $80 when I tried to cancel the order. Avoid this place at all costs. They have no idea what they are doing.
On a van I have they installed a brake controller and wired for trailer lights, other than a minor misunderstanding, they did a great job. Everything works correctly and was a neat job.
