Very good experience over the phone.. Patrick in parts or the service department answered all my questions related to my battery and warranty. Although I live in Durham, I booked my appointment when them because I'm in town next week. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.

They changed the oil like I asked, then they came back with a list of suggested repairs. One suggested repair was for around $300 dollars to replace my serpentine belt. My serpentine belt had been replaced and was brand new, yet they were suggesting I replace it. I asked to speak to a manager, but he never came to speak to me, just that he agreed it was new. Be careful when going here that if they suggest something, that it actually needs to be done. I will never go somewhere they lie to me to steal my hard earned income.

I love Greenville Toyota especially the service center. I bought my truck there and they were very helpful with that especially Ed. They offer free oil changes every 5k. Cant beat that. You can make appointment online and they are on time and quick. The team is very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

If I could give their service department 0 stars I would. They did my first 4 oil changes on my tacoma because when I bought the truck it came with them for free. I’ve never been one to let a shop work on any of my vehicles so when it came time for a oil change I of course would do it myself, which turned into a disaster. Now remember Greenville Toyota has been the only one to touch my truck up until this point. First strike, missing 2 out of 4 skid pan bolts. Second strike, missing 1 of the 2 o rings on the oil filter housing. And finally strike 3 and the worst of them all, the oil filter housing was on so tight I had to take a 4 foot breaker bar to it to get it off and in the process of course it cracked the plastic housing. Then of course the parts department price gouged the replacement part for more then double of what it sells for through an online Toyota parts dealer. Moral of the story is don’t ever go here to have your vehicle worked on. Also a side note, out of the 4 oil changes they did for me, I had an appointment everytime and the fastest they got done was about 2 hours and 15 minutes and one took over 3 hours.
