Took my truck to have the windows tinted about a week ago. Owner was nice and knowledgeable. First attempt resulted in a bunch of grainy material between tint and glass. Owner acknowledged it before I had to point it out and took it back in to replace tint. The second attempt at putting the tint on was rushed and the edges were cut poorly. From the outside of the truck I can see where the tint stops on the side. Error is on both windows in same spot, thinking he must have traced the second one from first. Tint also had scratches in it on both windows that possibly happened during install. Job was $40 higher than I had been quoted other places but I was willing to pay it thinking I was getting better quality service. I am sure they would attempt it a third time if I went back but I hate to have to go through the hassle. Because I want it darker anyway I will probably just take the loss and go somewhere else to have it redone in 20%. Not only will I have to pay to have the windows tinted again but I will also have to pay $20 for the removal.
