Great group of guys. Loved the energy between them. It just seemed liked there was a flow. They had great senses of humor and you could tell they respect each other. I saw one guy cover for the other so he could eat his lunch. Long story short, I’ll be back. All I came in for was my brake lights to be changed but I get comfortable there. I’ll be back. I think they identified the correct problem with my car(coolant was leaking from my car). I chose not to let them fix it because their hourly labor price is double what most smaller town shops charge. They were nice and attentive with giving me updates each day they had my car.

I have been coming to this location for awhile and their work has been spot on for me. I always leave a satisfied customer. The photo inspections when they find a problem is helpful and reassures me they aren't just saying things to make an extra buck. Shout out to Peter for always being friendly and helpful.

The gentlemen here are efficient and do a great job. Very professional and knowledgable mechanics. Front desk guys are so nice as well. Location is clean and sitting area is comfortable for a mechanic shop. I booked online and it was a quick worry free experience. I highly recommend this Firetower location.
