I have had more than one vehicle repaired by Quality Collision in Winterville. The customer service is polite, friendly and professional. The quality of the work performed has been excellent every time. The attention to care and detail is outstanding.
The only place to have your vehicle repaired. Top notch work, exceptional professional staff that takes care of every detail. You feel like you are in a Medical office. Very clean and uncluttered.
Quality collision provides excellent service. Friendly/helpful office staff, quick turn around and a hassle free process over all. Body work is excellent on rear ended vehicle; can not even tell that it was ever hit. Will be taking my cars to Quality collision in the future.
Body work and paint work was very good. When I picked my truck up, my hitch receiver was installed and my truck was in 4 wheel drive. (I stored the receiver in the back of the cab when I dropped it off.) Someone also smoked in it because it smells like cigarette smoke now.
They did a very nice job as far as the repair I took my truck for (damage was on the fender/bumper area on the passenger side). However they damaged one of my side mirrors (loose mirror – on the driver side). After speaking with the shop supervisor he told me there was no way they would’ve done it. I know my truck and I'm 100% sure the mirror was not loose. If they would’ve told me “We will check the cameras” or “We will investigate” that would’ve been a different scenario.
