We have been buying cars from here for years and have never had any problems. I've even sent some friends here and they got the same great service. Ms. Mary is the sweetest, we just love her! Shane is great to deal with every time we've been. We have probably bought 7 or 8 cars from him. If you want honest friendly people this is the place to go.

Value Max does fraudulent concealment which is illegal. The general manager Shane did right in front of me and my husband, I bought a vehicle from them and the day after buying it the check engine light came on I took it back they swore they fixed it and the day after I got it back the check engine light turn right back on. I took it back again they swore fixed it again but when I got it back the light turned on again and the vehicle tried to shutoff while I was driving. I went back to talk to Shane he offered to “fix” it again but wouldn’t loan a vehicle to drive. When I came to Value Max looking for a reliable vehicle seeing as I’m a mom of six kids so I need a reliable vehicle and I was fooled into believing I was buying from a professional place. Shane tried to low-ball me on getting my money back but I didn’t fall for it and got 65% of my money back and went somewhere else and got a great vehicle with honest people. DON’T BUY FROM VALUE MAX

Nutting that stand out for my money,& they have bad reviews for unacceptable things or ways,anyway, saying don't buy.

I have 2 vehicles with this company. The only reason why I got the second vehicle was because the service was good and I had no problems with the first vehicle. But the car I just got in March can’t be driven due to it needing thousands of dollars worth of work done to it. It’s has 2 oil leaks and a transmission leak along with other things. So with that being said I will not be purchasing another vehicle from there nor will I recommend anyone
