Normal routine maintenance of oil change and rotation of tires. Topped off fluids, etc.; In and out within an hour.nJust need the maintenance guys to put my radio station back where I had it. ud83dude0a

UPDATE—My concerns that are stated below have been fully addressed by the Service Manager. Everything is OK now.———nI needed an oil change so I made an appointment. The dealership suggested the 120k service so I asked about what was included. The service agent said that he didn’t know the cost and that he would check. An hour (!) later he came back and showed me his computer screen with four items on it and said “The total is $248” so I said OK. Standing behind the blue social distance line I couldn’t see the numbers on the screen but I believed him. After three more hours he told me that they were done and the bill was $548. This was an unpleasant surprise and I asked what about the $248 he said originally and he replied “That was just for the spark plugs.” So clearly it wasn’t the “total” as he said. I don’t like being treated like this and won’t be visiting this business again.

I had to have my car serviced, JR was the person who took my keys and assured me that he would do his best to get everything figured out. Which he did, I took my car in on Monday, my appointment was on Tuesday. By Monday afternoon they had figured out what was wrong. I was able to get my car fixed for a reasonable price and JR stayed in contact with me letting me know everything that was going on. I’m so grateful, that I was able to deal with such a wonderful company.

Mr. Christian was very detail when answering all my questions. He explained everything to me so that I did understand, was very polite, friendly and I enjoyed having him as a Salesman when I purchased my Ford Edge

This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from this dealership. Donald Little is the best salesman, and everyone else is dedicated to ensure that we were satisfied. I recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to stop by, you won't be disappointed.
