Chris in the service department is awesome! He helped from the time I called with a general question until I had my car serviced. He also offered follow up assistance with other issues I needed to have repaired on my CC. He exceeded my expectations and was clear and direct with the charges and what I was paying for. I will continue to have my repairs done by the experts.
Amazing and friendly service! My service rep was Bryan and he was super nice and knowledgeable. I took in my Jetta since my check engine light was on. They looked at it and ordered parts for repair the same day. Would recommend to anyone who needs service on their VW!
Brendan was absolutely amazing to work with. He let us enjoy the entire car buying experience from home and that meant making a 40 minute commute three separate times. Will not come back to this dealership for service. My car came back to me smelling strongly of Vape smoke and my wife has serious asthma. Not sure why this would be allowed to happen.
