Jerome Edmond has provided incredible customer service. I cannot say enough nice things about him and answering every question and request I've had. He is someone I would recommend to everyone I now interested in a vehicle that Brown has access to. CT was pretty good at helping to acquire ultimately what I was looking for.

Brown and Wood have always been trustworthy and efficient with me and my vehicles. The mechanics and technicians are extremely well versed in my vehicles' needs. They lobby is clean and comfortable and it's easy to get an appointment. I can't ask for much more.

Service was fine.Seemed to be a little overbooked.Had an early appointment.Still there 2 hours for an oil change. Your business could use a vending machine,for people that miss breakfast trying to get their vehicle serviced.
