I purchased my used vehicle from another Hendrick dealership two weeks ago because they had the car I wanted there and not one like it here at my local dealership. I did not realize I could have just had it transferred to Greenville to make the deal here at the time, but just in case anyone else is in the same boat... you can do that! The Hendrick dealership I bought it from said I could get it serviced at any Hendrick dealership. I noticed the car shook went driving over 70mph so I brought it to Barbour Hendrick Honda to have them look at it and I am so glad I did!nnCandace helped me when I came in and we had to jump through a few hoops to get the work that was needed done (no fault of theirs). It required approval from the other dealership since the initial work was done there and they needed to honor it. I tried calling the other dealership to get some answers and got no where. Candace called and then got her team on board to make the calls needed to make sure that not only was the issue resolved, but that it was of no cost to me. They went above and beyond to handle my needs and will have me back on the road quickly.nnCannot recommend them more! 5 stars isn't enough for the service I received today. Great work by Candace and her team.

Everyone we encountered was very nice. Our salesman was super nice and we had great conversations. The finance guy gave us a good deal on our trade-in and was able to meet us on the price of our vehicle. Highly recommend! We will definitely go to them the next time we need another car!

Excellent sales staff, especially our sales rep Monte’! My wife found the car she wanted and after receiving other dealerships best offers Barbour Hendrick Honda in Greenville, NC earned our business. Monte’ brought the car to the house, we test drove it and loved it. We did the paperwork in the comfort of my own home. My wife and I have never had a better car buying experience. As a single mom I was reluctant to purchase a new vehicle. However I began to look. Working with Monte Williams was the best experience ever!! I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone. If he doesn't have what you are looking he will find it. It was the most peaceful, positive, pressure free experience I have ever had. If I ever decide to purchase another vehicle I will definitely reach out to Mr. Monte before going anywhere else.

Dustin Anderson and Michael Chandler made my buying experience the easiest and most pleasurable in my lifetime. There were no games or gimmicks. I received a more than fair out the door price on a 2008 Civic Sedan and completed the deal in two hours. It would have been quicker had I not had an issue with my iPhone fax/email documents service.
