Drive through lady couldn't hear me due to people yelling in the background inside. Order wasn't completely wrong other than milkshake flavors. Fries were hot though. Their customer service and workplace behavior needs attention.

The new crispy chicken sandwich is good. The fries are always great.

I ordered a Crispy sandwich asked for tomatoes, got the sandwich. Pulled it apart, no tomatoes. So instead of apologizing and fix my order, the guy stands there and argues with me. No I'm not happy and no I'm not going to come to this location again, unless you want to have a debate on whether you're right or not.

Customer Service Needs Help! From the order taker on Saturday (who rushes to get you out of the way and forgets to correct your order) to the money taker on Monday (who forgets to give you your receipt) to the food passer (Saturday & Monday). I always seem to get the same girl passing out the food who acts like I am disturbing her to ask for my change when she's trying to hand me something that I cancelled back at the speaker or asking for my receipt. It's closer to mama's but I'll drive the extra distance to get better service.

Need to higher a management that can handle a drive thru and front counter. Stood there for 10 min before my order was taken, then she took my order(not my money) and walked away stood there another 10min while im waiting door dash walks in. Then she comes back to get my money and i asked is my food atleast prepared? Of course it wasn't. Like im going to wait another 20min for my food. I left.
