need to change hours on google site. apparently inaccurate. it is sunday, not a holiday, and the location is closed. but google says open. strange. i also run a business, coincidentally on the same street, i am not this lazy. this is unbecoming. i will be sure to let everyone within a 50 mile radius know of the laziness unless i am contacted within a weeks time. i hope it doesn’t take any weekly net pay out of your location. that would be so sad

Picking up delivery for DoorDash is inconvenient at this McDonalds location. Don’t waste your time. Rude drive through manager tries to force you to come inside. DoorDash drivers can use the drive thru and fastlane for every restaurant I that has one. It’s important for McDonalds to understand that drivers are providing a service to their customers.nnWe do not work for McDonalds. Therefore the manager trying to talk to a Dash driver as though they are an employee or customer is out of line. I have been waiting now 10 mins for nuggets and a drink. While I watch from my rear view the manager pass out items to other customers/cars in the drive thru.

My McDonalds!!!!nAlways great customer service! Food is hot and fresh. This one ALWAYS serves the hottest fries and they make sure the box is FULL!

This McDonalds is the best in Greenville! My order is always correct, people are friendly and most important, the food is fresh and hot!

I've been updating my review of this place as time goes on.nnThis place is getting worse over time. You guys used to be the best. We decided to give you guys one more go this morning. Well, that was a mistake.nnWe won't be going back.nnFrom people on the drive through who don't listen to the order being placed to undercooked meat (quarter pounder was pink and slimy in the middle) . . . It's gone downhill.nnGo to the McDonald's on the corner of Arlington and Memorial. Better service and food. For now.
