If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived in the neighborhood across the street from this place for over 3 yrs. EVERY and I mean EVERY time I go there something isn't right. One time I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. for a frozen drink just to be told when I got to the window that it was out and be offered a soda. Today I went and ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese, w no onions and extra pickles meal, large with a Dr. Pepper and received a quarter pounder w extra cheese no onions and extra pickles med. size and there were so many people complaining and it was so busy all I wanted to do was get out of there, and wasn't given the drink, and left out without it. When I got home we realized the whole order was wrong so my boyfriend went back only to be told they couldn't help him Because there was a 1.25 difference and he forgot to take his wallet, so he left back out w the wrong order after letting them know we lived right across the street and would still never be coming there again. I've given this place a million chances and this was finally definitely the last one. I'll drive 2 miles to another restaurant before I'll ever go there again. Half the time I wouldn't even order nuggets or fries because they're always so old anyway and that's something we really like.This whole facility needs to be retrained.

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to! Due to the location I go to this McDonalds frequently because it’s close to both my job and home but every time I go it’s worse and worse!!! Just the other day I waited over 40mins to receive my order, today I order nuggets that are rock hard and inedible. When I go here there is always something missing from my order, ice cream machine broken down, incorrect order or watered down drinks. Keep giving this McDonalds a chance but never again! Some employees are quite kind like the manager that helped me when I waited over 40mins but others are very temperamental. Wouldn’t recommend going here very disappointing.
