Great customer service, with COVID and having to go to the drive thru it is a little slower, Welcome to 2021.
I have had really good experiences with Select Bank over the years. We originally went to them for a HELOC. I will tell u they have some of the best rates for Home Equity Loans better than credit union. Then we paid that loan off and a few years later we wanted to buy a truck and get a new HELOC...they were able to float us a personal loan while the HELOC was processing so we could buy the truck fast. It was so easy. They also do all their customer service from the branch so you are not calling some stranger in another state or country if u need help. If u need your online account password reset, u call the branch. If you have an issue with debit cards, call the branch and they handle very quickly. I feel like you get personal assistance with hardly no wait unlike some of the larger banks. I highly recommend.
Slower than molasses and ok customer service. Went in for a new card and it took 30 minutes with only 1 other person in the building.
This is a wonderful Bank, the customer service is beyond 5 stars. Every person that works there is wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this bank.
What bank doesn’t let a child wrap their change up and get back dollars. Thumbs down on that lady their and her colleagues for not stepping up. Went to my bank Wells Fargo they handled it just nicely.
