I recently had an unpleasant experience with this office that escalated. After speaking with upper management, I am pleased to say that my concerns were eventually addressed in a professional and satisfactory manner.nnGiven the constraints of COVID-19 mandates, the office failed to deliver a quality experience which assures the safety of its customers. More importantly, I was greeted at the door feeling like an inconvenience.nnI change my review from 1 star to 4 stars solely based on the managements interpersonal skills and professional competence.nnThank you Jackson Hewitt for placing your customers first - even when on rare occasion a sub-standard experience should surface.

Luther was very informative and detailed! He was friendly as can be and made sure I knew everything he was doing, hand down best tax professional I’ve ever been too!!, will definitely be coming back annually
