Domino's Pizza

This place is seriously a joke. Not that our customer reviews matter to this store obviously, I would still like to share my experience with this place. I ordered back when the manager Ron worked there and I had really good service every time. But since the very end of 2020 and throughout 2021 it’s been terrible. The store is under new management… Not great at all. I have ordered many times this year and every single time it has been a complication of some sort. The problem is always with the inside workers. First off they have young teenagers or something running the upfront that are always rude when using the drive through or on the phone. But what can I say the new manger, she is rude and unprofessional as well so I understand where the young ones get it. Moving on to the drivers. I’ve never had a problem with any of the drivers. They are the best! Always polite and friendly and they deserve a really good tip especially for having to go back and put up with everything in that store. I have only had a problem with one driver. She was extremely rude and when I told have to have a good rest of her night she walked away mumbling “yeah whatever.” I can’t remember what her name was but she drove a black Dodge with dark windows and a dash cam. Other than that the drivers are great. The past 2 times ordering the 2 lady’s I have gotten were super super nice. The first one had short reddish hair the second with medium length Brown and Blonde hair. If you get those 1 of those 2 you are set. Like I said it’s the management of this place that’s just really awful. If the owner was smart they would fix this.

Pizza was made to order and delivered promptly but unfortunately the delivery driver (after the contact less delivery of course) decided to turn around on my front lawn! instead of backing down the 20 foot of driveway, backed into the front lawn and turned around on the grass. If you see your delivery driver named Vanessa, be sure to leave special instructions not to drive on your grass! Called the location and spoke to a manager. Didn't try to do anything to rectify the situation other than saying she would talk to her (delivery driver) when she returned.

I don’t typically write reviews at all much less bad, but Parents Beware! Ordered dinner just before 6pm for delivery. Called the store over an hour later to get status. Was told delivery was running over two and a half hours. Nothing let me know that when I ordered. Made bagel bites and corn dogs and got the kids to bed. Order finally arrives after 8:30pm. Would never had ordered had I known of delay before order was placed. Paid full price for what would now be left over pizza.

I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel compelled to write this as we have had several bad experiences with this Dominos, if I would give them 0 stars I would! We ordered a pizza at 6:35pm and at 8:25pm it was still not here. When we called to complain they did not care at all. According to their pizza tracker it spent an hour in QC before it was even released for delivery and then according to their new driver app tracker it actually showed them stopping in our street for a while (just a few houses from us) and then it showed the driver leaving our neighborhood completely and the delivery eta kept getting extended out. We have two small children who are starving and it is now 9:05pm and still no pizza, they did reluctantly offer a refund option on the phone but promised that the pizza would still arrive. But it would appear that they decided to cancel our order completely and let our kids go to bed hungry.

Waste of time, 2 hours before even putting the pizza in the oven. I wonder if the owner knows how useless the employees are here.
