I joined this gym about 2 years ago after moving to the area. It may be small but the amazing coaches and sense of family have made the 6am workouts one of the highlights of my day!
If your are looking for challenging workouts done with a supportive gym family cheering you on then look no further than CFR. I have been a part of the Crossfit community for almost six years and you truly will not find a more supportive community of people. CFR has three locations which is super convenient and the staff and members welcome everyone with open arms (well, socially distanced these days) but you get the point. The workouts can be scaled to fit any fitness level and the on ramp classes get you ready to jump right into classes without feeling intimidated. I highly recommend trying out a class if you’re looking to change your workout routine and kick things up a notch!
I joined Crossift Reignited in Hampstead when moving to the area based on the location, I needed a place close to home. This place has turned out to be my therapy. The coaches and other members are like family and the WOD's always kick my butt! The people of Crossfit Reignited Hampstead are always encouraging me to be better everyday!
