Trish Blanchard is no ordinary yoga instructor and her classes are not your average class. She is a magical energy who crafts each class with beautiful intention and grace that I know from experience will create focus and inspire healing. I am confident in saying that anyone will enjoy her classes, but I would like to put emphasis on the feminine who may have lost their way, forgotten their strength, and need a little lifting. The time she gifts us with in creating these classes and sharing them with us remind me that we should always remember our place of love, honor, and dignity in every community we are blessed to be part of— each individual relationship we forge, with ourselves, and with our Creator.
My wife and I had a private yoga session on the beach with Patricia. I have never done yoga but my wife has a lot of experience, and Patricia made the session wonderful for both of our experience levels. Patricia was very thoughtful in her tailored approach to our session by adding in little elements targeted at our desired experience and the environment. She even included essential oils for the Shavasana, which was a really nice touch. We did have small communications and payment issues, but nothing significant. I would absolutely recommend Sanctuary Yoga to anyone in the area!
