The best wellness center you could go to. The staff is always supportive and uplifting. I always get a great workout and you feel like they truly care about you.
I'm very happy with how the staff is handling group session and social distancing. The gym is always clean and the plenty of equipment to use for lifting
Very friendly staff. The classes kick my butt in the best way possible. Child care available during the classes. Coastal fitness is Judgement free.nnThis is the first place Noah has ever been to daycare or been away from his mom for that matter. The ladies in daycare are so sweet and have taken such great care of Noah. He cried for the first week but they assured me that it does get better. Now Noah is so comfortable that he walks in and is so excited to play with the other kids. I can’t thank coastal fitness enough for taking such great care of Noah.
