Tony's has a good reputation and I expect they deserve it. I was referred There by my Insurance Carrier, and felt the estimate was inflated. Please note, I've early onset Curmudgeon so I believe everything costs too much. And. Since I've been around some....nI took the vehicle to a body shop that I've patronized in the past. The work mirrored the previous estimate and in addition included color matching. Quality is exceptional and is 50% the cost.nTake all of this with a grain.... the wait time was likely 2x that of Tony's. As well, I suspect a shop that isn't as large or located as Tony's isn't required to support a fraction of the overhead.nSince I declined having Tony's do the work, I truly cannot comment on quality.nMy experience... Progressive gave me option for it to be repaired through here or bergstrom to fix my passenger/ rear side in order to do so they had to go in the trunk which is understandable but they broke my newborn's bouncer with out even letting me know or offering to replace it... I should have went to bergstrom

They did a great job on body work but after picking up car noise was still there. Repair shop said it was wheel bearing and Tony's said after checking with my insurance that they wouldn't pay for it. My insurance company called me later to check on everything and said they never got a call. They asked me to send bill from repair shop. I will not be using Tony's again.

The guys here are great. They always give me options and let me make the final decision. I never feel pressured or uninformed.
