I just waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 min, as I was the 9th car in line. I pulled up to the window with cars behind me and right as I pulled up, the shade shut in my face and an automated message came on saying they were closed.nnThis isn’t the first time I left without my prescription. I once called to ask if a prescription was ready and they said it would be “in a few minutes.” After waiting in line for 20 min, 20 min after I called (40 min total), it still wasn’t ready.nnAnother time I went to pick up a prescription that they promised me would be ready in a few hours, I came back the next day and they said it was out and they would not be getting it back in stock for “a few days” - this was an inhaler for my toddler.. that answer is not acceptable.nnThe experience would at least improve if their customer service improved.

They have always had what we needed and it’s great to have right around the corner from us. One thing that can get annoying are the auto dialed calls when you have a prescription ready. Sometimes it’s hard to get by that day and it feels like you get 2-3 calls per day to come and pick it. Only. A problem for the auto filled prescriptions as most of the time you still have some left when they fill it so you don’t have to get there that day. Other than that have always had a good experience.
