The mechanics were friendly and efficient...the guy at the desk was very involved with his loud conversation with the pretty woman that he talked nonstop to the entire time we were there. Never.once.acknowledged. Customer service inside the house stunk.

I have visited Quiktech several times while visiting Wilmington. Their team has provided various services on my vehicle including everything from oil changes to air conditioning diagnoses. Each time I have visited this business, they have been very effective and efficient with time and have provided friendly customer service. I recommend this business to anyone needing vehicle services.

I won’t lie, I normally don’t leave reviews on anything. However, this place is garbage and just the fact that I saw the owner place their own review sends a bad message. Offering a discount because of a disgruntled employee truly tells how much they care about their employees and customers. Highly do not recommend.

I feel badly for the staff working there. They up-sale items that customers don’t even need. They take advantage of individuals with little knowledge about vehicles. The assistant manager has no knowledge about mechanics. Their standards for covid are below minimal. They do not wear masks or gloves upon entering your vehicle. They have no safety covering for the steering wheel or seats. There is no competition to other local and non local businesses selling and mounting tires. The fact lies in the amount you pay. Make sure to compare pricing before shopping there. The worst part is the disgusting way they treat their employees and people. Just disagree with them and see what I mean. Best of luck, you’ll sure need it!
