The staff is friendly and food is made quickly but be warned that everything is very oily. It's not a huge deal most times but it does effect some people. On the other hand the variety is good and the food tastes good. As one of the only chinese restaurants in Elizabeth City, I would recommend.

I called in my simple order of white rice and gravy. Had to wait so long for it. I guess they were taking the previous call ins first. To me it seemed like it was simple but oh well.

John King is my very favorite Chinese restaurant in Elizabeth City I wouldn't go anywhere else. Are super friendly and I love the food. Not to mention the fact that I've tried the others and I always come back.

This place was very good with their service to customers. I did order pick up. And they were very helpful when ordering. Upon pick up their restaurant was very sanitized and I like how the placed food in a cubicle slot so there was no contact...the food was hot and ready...I give this establishment 5 stars.
