.its moldy smelling and it has a not so clean feel
Absolutely disgraceful! Ordered carry out a month ago, took over an hour after I arrived to get the food which was somehow ice cold and dry. Manager was not apologetic and was argumentative. Gave them one more try last night. Arrived around 630 with a party of 5. Was told there would be a wait despite only two tables being sat. Waited nearly 40 minutes without being seated. A couple arrived a little after 7 and were seated right away. Asked to speak to the manager. She hid in the back, I guess hoping we would give up. When I eventually was able to speak to her she was once again argumentative and insulting, no apology just excuses and defensiveness. Kudos to the sweet girl at the host stand she was friendly and kind. Unless management changes we won't be back.
I enjoy eating at IHOP. Their food is always good.
I had written this store off. Recently I have given IHOP another shot. My experience has been great. Recently our waitress Aubrey was GREAT. I believe service is turning around. I will definitely continue to frequent this buisness
Clean, friendly, food was fresh and better than any other IHOP I've been too. Bathrooms spotless/clean. Spacing was great.
