Very professional and personable. Body Shop is clean and work was done on time. Will use them again if needed.
My cars back windshield was broken, along with body damage. I kept the car dry with a good tarp, secured with tie downs. The tow truck driver put the tarp back on the car at Hall Ford he even secured it with the tie downs. Hall Ford when they moved the car did not put the good tarp on the car, they put a cheap tarp, just covering the back window. As a result it caused massive water damage to the car when we had 2 days of heavy rain!!!
Were to take tag's off car and hitch, did neither, but we're good
Replaced my bumper in a few days time.
My experience was excellent! The service was very professional, efficient, and friendly. All of my needs were met, including the car rental. And I was kept informed and updated. Great teamwork! I highly recommend.
