Biggs Collision Repair Center

Great staff! So helpful!!! I was on my way on transferring/moving to a different duty station, I had gotten into a collision two weeks prior. With the amount of damage and repairs it was going to be a two week delay before I was able to move from Virginia. So I choose to drive my car to Chicago where I was staying for a month prior to moving to TN and choose to get it repaired out there. Couple days later car overheated. My fan wasn’t working properly, the tech at Biggs took a look at it, and explained that it wasn’t drive-able, I was so stressed because I had so much to do prior to moving to TN. The tech had offered to help me out and repair the radiator that night to get me to where I needed to go so I could get the other damage repaired. I could never be any more grateful. Because of them I was able to get home safely. If I had more time in Virginia I would of choose them to repair my car.nnMost definitely recommend!!!

Very disappointed and worrisome experience. The body shop lost our keys, lost our car .. their words. They finally located both on Monday 2/8/21. The car was towed there on 2/1/21. After 4 days of the shop not being able to locate vehicle, I tracked it down thru State Farm and Pro Tow. That's not my responsibility, but as the owner, felt like I shud locate vehicle since Biggs didn't seem necessarily interested in finding it. Very bothered and aggravated by this experience.

So I took my car to Biggs for an insurance claim. A tractor and trailer tire blew off the rim in front of me hitting my bumper and going under my car. My car is not very high off the ground and I had made all parties aware of the tire going under the car. Biggs did the repairs. I had to argue to even get them to put my car on a lift. They did not even check alignment after I had complained about the car pulling. I get the car back with a check engine light for the fuel evap system. When I crawled under the car the hose for the canister was pulled off. (May need a new canister as it is damaged and code has not gone away)The boot on steering linkage has been torn and not replaced. The bumper clips to hold the bumper in place were not installed and left in the cup holder in the car. The bumper on the car was replaced and the fender was never aligned to account for gap and looked absolutely terrible. If pictures are needed of the shoddy work I will be more than willing to post them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS, EVEN WITH AN INSURANCE CLAIM WHERE THEY ARE GUARANTEED MONEY THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB. So much for their statement I would get my car back the same way it went in. My car will not go back to them to even look at. Pictures can be sent, I will take my car to another shop to actually get it repaired and fix Biggs what installed and get it looking correct.

I had the misfortune of being rear ended, the service here was professional, and stress free. They did an amazing job on my Jeep and did exactly as discussed. Everyone here was very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you so much for the awesome service you provided.

I had my GMC Terrain repaired, got it back today and the Biggs Body Shop made it look new.
