I never had a problem with them. They were always my first choice up until recently and its been a nightmare. I took my car in for 1 thing Oct 31. Havent had it since. They've had my car for 6 weeks. My price got changed 3 times and when I told them I didnt have it because the price spiked up, dont do anything to it I'll get it towed and find somewhere elsd I was told they would work with me. Pay what I have and make payment arrangements. Every other day I would call to see if its done, I kept being told the wrong parts was getting sent it, they didnt have time, they had go out of town etc. I had to find a ride for my son to get to school for 6 weeks, I lost my job, I couldn't get to my breast cancer appointments, couldn't get my meds, had to borrow money for daycare and food because I lost my job due to not having a car. I was patient and understanding for 6 weeks. Then they gave me a lemon loaner car which broke down on me and my 5 yr old hours from home on the highway AFTER I was told I had permission to go out of town and the car was ok to drive. I understood every reason they gave me for it not being done and when I got a family member to call they got mad and changed the payment arrangements. I was told I could no longer make arrangements I had to pay the entire thing up front and I couldnt get my car til I had his money. ( How am I supposed to pay him if I have no car to work? I lost my job because he has it, I lost out on 2 job offers because of no car) he wont return my calls texts and won't contact me. I had to borrow money to survive for me and my kids. Cant pay rent. Electric nothing. Cant go to any dr appointments. I have to borrow money to get an Attorney and now file a civil suit. Never again. And I will make sure no family or friends support.
