Had a scheduled service with tech for a rock repair. Insurance covered 100%. Tech never showed. Called resheduled for saturday morning at residence. Tech never showed. Late saturday night early sunday freezing temps windshield now cracked all the way across. Now i have to pay full price because i have a 500 deductable. $332. Because the tech never showed up as promised.
They came early in the morning and replaced the windshield. They sent texts and called me when the job was finished 40 minutes later. Very satisfied!
Great customer service. Came exactly when they said, explained exactly what they needed to do. Did a great job. This is the second time we have used them. Definitely would recommend.
