My wife and I could not be happier with the work and customer service we received from Legacy Coach. From the first phone call to writing the final check to Legacy it was a positive experience.nWhat I enjoyed was dealing with the owner, Chris Johnson, directly. He met with me day one, listened to exactly what I wanted done to my vehicle, asked the right questions and did the job exactly how it was described. They sent an old bus in major need of repair to transport our swim team. The driver was incompetent. She started the trip with a head light out and had no plans to replace it until after arriving back in North Carolina. She had no clue where to empty the bathroom waste so the bus smelled. It was the most unsafe bus and driver I have ever experienced.
