If there was a way to put no stars I would. This man is by far the most ignorant man I’ve ever encountered. It was my first car I was so excited to finally have one of my own. Not even a month into having it the starter went out, he did not reimburse me for the towing even though the starter was his fault. The wiring that’ll cut your car off if you don’t come up with the payment shut the starter off due to the wires coming off. And five days went by and he suddenly says I can’t have it back. He crooked as hell don’t go to him!!

When looking for a valued, well cared for used car, Gary is the man. I found doing business with Gary not only pleasant and honest, but integrity exuded through the whole process. Definitely will be looking for Gary to sell us another vehicle in the future...

Honest man, Keeps you straight and tells you everything how it is. He is a Used Car dealer(He’s not a professional cleaner nor sells brand new cars) If you’re 100 with him he will be the same with you. He does in-house financing if you don’t have insurance. He does financing through Geico. All of his vehicles are serviced through Nissan dealership in Elizabeth City. If you have a problem be smart and give him a call, he would be glad and nice enough to try his best to help you out.

A MUST READ! Read ALL.....I was super excited to get a 2nd car for me and my family. We went to T&G Auto sales on 4.12.20. The moment we walked in it was already very unwelcoming. We felt rushed or if he was irritated the first time we came. The second time i felt the samething like if he was under a lot of stress or something. But he kept it mellow and tried to manage a smile.nnThe first van I test drove it was detailed ok it wasn’t too bad. The van drove ok but it was a few minor things wrong with it. well What you expect going into a dealership such as this.nnThe third time I came back and test drove a 2008 dodge caravan. The car was detailed ok it was a little worst than the first one but to some they wouldn’t mind a half cleaned car.nnMechanical ISSUES. Anyway I took this to my Mechanic that’s been in business for 20 years. my mechanic asked if I’d just purchased this vehicle, I told him not yet. He said well the car is making a knocking sound. We inspected further and he said this engine is getting ready to blow don’t by it. He said it sounds like a head gasket issue. Whoever the previous owner was didn’t take care of the car nor kept the oil change etc., he also said it shouldn’t be smoking in the back like that.nnAfter, allowing my mechanic to look at it he said it’s a 2008 the value should be no more than like $5,000. He was selling this car at $8,000 at an 24% interest rate leaving the total a little over $10,000.nnWe took the car back and I told him no thank you. He asked if the mechanic I asked hooked it up to a machine himself and test it. I told him sir you don’t have to hook a car up to a machine to tell that it’s something wrong it. My mother asked to see the car fax, he told her, you don’t need to see it, what for. He then printed it out and showed me. He said well my mechanic serviced it and he said it was nothing wrong and he also said, he drove the car i test drove to VA twice and he didn’t hear anything. He acted real nonchalant and unapologetic.nnBe careful buying old cars. I was sold a lemon once at MIDWAY AUTO GROUP I didn’t expect this to happen to me again. He was just trying to make a sale and get a good profit off of me. Smh i have three kids and if that car would of blew up or stopped in the middle of ungoing traffic we would of filed a lawsuit. If the car SAY AS IS LEAVE IT RIGHT THERE ON THEIR LOT!!

Wanted 8500 for a car that blue booked less than 4000. Cut my boyfriend off while he was trying to tell him all of the problems with it that made it unworthy of that much money. I wouldn’t recommend this clunker lot to anyone unless you’re looking to spend a ton of money on something that’s hardly worth half the value.
