Outstanding service! John and the service team at Elizabeth City Honda went the extra mile to help keep coats down on a very extensive repair. Work was completed promptly and the Pilot runs like new. Very professional and friendly service every step of the way. Highly recommend!
My service tech John was phenomenal! It was the first time in dealing with any Honda dealership after buying my supposed 2016 Honda Certified Pilot that I’ve had nothing but trouble with since the day I bought it that I had a little faith in Honda. John went above and beyond in trying to help me resolve a problem I had been complaining about for a year. At the end of the day, John cares about his customers and the service they receive. You’re not just a customer or a number to him, he wants to make sure you receive great service. Hall Honda of Elizabeth City has a outstanding employee with John Holman, and I hope they realize that!
