I ordered a pizza at 5:52pm this evening (Friday). At 6:10pm I got a text that the pizza was out for delivery. At 7:10pm my order still hadn’t arrived. I called them and asked if it was delivered to the incorrect address or if they were just really busy? The girl on the phone asked if I had switched my order to carry out....I told her no and that I received a text 1 hour prior saying it was on the way with no updated text that it was delivered. I was placed on hold for 5+ minutes then she asked if it was on my porch. It wasn’t (which I knew before I called because I had already checked and I also have a motion sensored camera on my porch). She put me on hold another 5 minutes then said “are you the house with the tables and chairs on the porch?” I told her I had sat a stool outside my door for the “contactless delivery” that the website “preferred for their employees”. She told me that that driver left the pizza on the porch but if I didn’t see it they’d be happy to send another one, and offered a free brownie or cookie. It’s a nice gesture, but my family really just wants the dinner that we paid for and have been waiting on for 2 hours ..... hopefully it arrives at some point tonight.

We just ordered two large Supreme pizzas for pick up. We were told they would be ready in 15 minutes...that should have been a warning. We live about four minutes from the Swansboro store and we were there in 10 minutes. The pizza was already done! So, it was no surprise when we found that the pies were barely warm. It is evident that these were pre-baked and just warmed up! They tasted like garbage!! We will NEVER go there again! Don’t waste your money!!

Not a good delivery experience. We made a small order for delivery which took longer than any other pizza delivery we’ve used but I chalked it up to just being a busy night. When we got our order we had an item missing so I immediately called the store and requested they have it sent out. After holding on the line for around 5 minutes the employee told me they would send someone over with the missing item. Over an hour later they still haven’t arrived so my kids went to bed disappointed and crying because their special NYE treat was not delivered. We do not recommend ordering from this location.

Every time we order theres always something wrong with the food. Always wants to substitute without making sure it's ok. Cheese sticks are thin burnt toast. Never on time. Always on hold for no reason. I keep trying here because of the mount dew but last time ordering ever.

Pizza was made wrong and not good. The manager was rude! she had a really bad attitude. I understand it’s a pandemic, and everyone is going through things but that lady has been rude every time I’ve gone in there!
