Very helpful and knowledgeable. The guy that was there the day I went oh, he went the extra mile to help figure out what chain a chainsaw needed that wasn't even present and it was an off-brand. But he put in a little extra effort and did some research and figured it out

I took my Stihl MS170 chainsaw in to be fixed on 28 September 2020. They told me that it would be a few weeks before they could get to it as lawnmowers and weed eaters took priority this time of year. I told them that I understood and left. Two weeks pass and I follow up with them to be told that they would be able to look at it in about 4 more days. I checked back on 19 Oct and they told me that it would need a new carburetor and that it would be approximately $100 parts and labor. So, I checked with them once again just to make sure that they had ordered the part. They said that they had but could Not give me an estimated time of arrival. On Tuesday 27 October, I stopped in the store to Personally speak with the small engine mechanic. I once again asked about the status of the carburetor. He told me that it would get here when it gets here. He also told me that he has chainsaws that have been there since July. That’s 4 months people! I left disappointed and irritated. AS I left, I took a moment to just google a carburetor for a MS170 chainsaw before I got too far from the store. It turns out that AMAZON.com has the carburetor. I ordered it that Tuesday and received it the next day because the vendor is located in North Carolina. Needless to say, I grabbed my chainsaw up from that store and brought it home. I fixed it myself. For those of you who are having the same issue at this place, go pick your chainsaw up and watch a YouTube video on how to change out the carburetor. Don’t let them charge you any labor if they’ve had your chainsaw for over a month.

This is a great place to take any of your lawn mowers. The work crew are on point about getting your lawn mower fixed. This store has a 5 star customer rating service in my book. And the owner Mr. Teachy is a great person and is always helping out. And Cole is the worker that fixed my zero turn, he did a great job and was very skillful about knowing how to fix it. I highly recommend this store to anybody that needs help or having problems with your lawn mower.

Have been purposely coming here for over 36 years because they treat you as part of their family, they provide great selection and repair services at very reasonable and competitive prices, they are people whose ‘word is good as gold’.
