Crystal Coast LINE-X worked with my wife to help surprise me with a bed liner and cover. Their work is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with how the truck turned out. They are super friendly and helpful getting you the product you need. They could have easily given my wife a run around, but they DID NOT. Had an appointment to have aftermarket rear fender well liners installed. The technician stated over the phone that it would only take 10-15 to install them. I arrived on time and he came out to greet us and begin the work. After waiting 30 minutes he informed us that he couldn’t install the liners because they didn’t fit. During his struggle to install the liners he greatly damaged the paint in the fender well of my 2020 GMC Sierra. There were many scratches and abrasions where the white paint was damaged revealing the gray underneath. When I confronted him about the damage he responded very angrily and aggressively in our conversation. At first, he chose not to acknowledge that he caused the damage. But it’s literally a brand new truck so I continued the conversation. I remained call and even asked him to calm down as well so that we could decide on a course of action going forward. He was willing to correct the problem but handled the situation very poorly and with rudeness and a terrible attitude as if it were my fault that he caused this damage. Obviously, had he been able to install the liners correctly, i would’ve never seen the damage. He also previously sprayed my line X bed liner in through the dealership when i bought my truck. He did a much better job with the spray in of the Line X liner. His facility was disgusting. Trash everywhere, hasn’t cleaned in quite a while. The floors were nasty, everything was covered with dust, the bathroom was obviously not cleaned in ages, and there were no paper towels to dry your hands after washing but there was an old shop rag laying in the sink that the tech probably uses to dry his hands. This place of business has not taken any protective measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The sanitation of this facility was completely unsatisfactory. I would only recommend a Line X spray in liner be done here and that’s only because the liner is guaranteed and backed by Line X. Otherwise i highly discourage anyone from using this location to for anything. And if you can find another LineX location to go to nearby then i recommend you go somewhere else for that as well.
